Fill out the form and select the volunteer positions that you would like to apply for. The FanfaireNYC Planning Team will be more selective on some positions than others. Answer all questions and explain why you are uniquely qualified to fill that position.

Young Professional Creator Application
FOR ART & DESIGN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY

By filling out this form you understand you are *not* guaranteed an exhibition space. You will fill out this form and the approval process will go through three rounds. You must pass all rounds to receive a table space.

ROUND 1: Guidance Office – Guidance will approve your application if you are passing ALL of your core classes.

ROUND 2: Art Teacher – Your art teacher will assess if you are ready to display your artwork and are passing the class.
Once you've passed Round 1 & 2 you will be submitted to the FanfaireNYC Committee for Round 3 which will pull your work for review from this form. Your parent or guardian will also receive a permission form to fill out.

ROUND 3: FanfaireNYC Panel – There are a limited number of tables available to current students and not everyone who passes Rounds 1 & 2 may receive a space. Members of the FanfaireNYC Planning Committee will choose work that best celebrates pop culture and the A&D majors.
Priority will be given to the 12th grade, then the 11th, and a small number of 10th and 9th.
The FanfaireNYC Planning Committee will contact you when you have been accepted to have a space at a table. At that point your parents'/guardians' permission form must be submitted. If that is not submitted within a week of approval you will forfeit your spot.
