Permission Slip by June 10!

Dear HSAD students and parents:
In order for a student to participate you must do the following:
 
1. Once we have confirmed that you will participate, you will need to download and fill out a Permission Slip.
 

2. Send us a photo of you or other image of your artwork and link to your own website or Instagram to be included on our Artist Alley page.
**When we receive your Permission Slip, and photo and links, you will be added to our
    Artist Alley page.
